Utica Comets goaltender Thatcher Demko’s equipment from the Save of the Day Night will be auctioned on February 22 at 3pm EST to benefit the Vancouver Canucks’ Dice & Ice event.
Attended by the team, coaches, and management, Dice & Ice, presented by Scotiabank, is the Canucks’ signature charitable event in support of the Canucks for Kids Fund. The equipment that being auctioned includes an autographed Save of the Day jersey, pads, helmet, blocker and glove.
This equipment was worn during the Comets 4-2 victory on January 20 against the Syracuse Crunch.
