Tonight’s Save of the Day Foundation Star of the Game is Corporal James D. Foote.
Corporal Foote is currently deployed with the 82nd Airborne Division, is a 2014 graduate of Wesmoreland and played youth hockey in Clinton.
For three years prior to enlisting in the Army, Cpl. Foote was local hockey referee.
He and his family are huge fans of the Comets and are looking forward to his return to CNY this spring.
